The easiest breakfast side dish you could make! Doesn’t require effort, but goes perfect with an omelette, in a fry up or on its own.
|Cumin Seeds||2 tbsp|
|Chilli Flakes||1 tsp|
|Olive Oil||4 tbsp|
- Cut the potatoes into small even bit sized chunks.
- Pre heat the deep sauce pan and add oil. Add garlic and cumin seeds, fry for 1 minute.
- Add the potatoes, chilli and salt.
- Mix thoroughly, cover with lid and cook on LOW heat for 20 mins.
