What gave me this unique idea to start a food blog?
I love food blogs. I can honestly say I spend around 50% of my free time looking at food pictures and looking at different recipes. Secondly, I love cooking for other people. I also find it hard to believe people when they compliment my food, so I thought i’d give this a try and see what you all think?
Some recipes are my mum’s recipes (never as good as hers for sure), while others are dishes I have experimented with over the years. You will also find some of the world’s classics like a cheeky Katsu Curry. I try and be as original as possible, but there are only so many ways you can make a fried egg.
