Gochujang Salmon

Savoury and spicy salmon that needs no prep work and takes 20 mins!

INGREDIENTSAMOUNT
Salmon2 fillets (boneless)
Soy Sauce3 tbsp
Sugar1 tsp
Honey1 tbsp
Gochujang1 tsp
  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, gochujang and sugar.
  2. Apply the marinade to the salmon.
  3. Line a baking tray with foil and add the salmon. Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 180°-200°.
  4. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds 5 mins before taking out the oven.
  5. Serve with rice.

P.S you can serve this with fried rice, just stir fry the rice with some peas, carrots and light soy sauce.
