Savoury and spicy salmon that needs no prep work and takes 20 mins!
|Salmon||2 fillets (boneless)|
|Soy Sauce||3 tbsp|
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, gochujang and sugar.
- Apply the marinade to the salmon.
- Line a baking tray with foil and add the salmon. Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 180°-200°.
- Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds 5 mins before taking out the oven.
- Serve with rice.
P.S you can serve this with fried rice, just stir fry the rice with some peas, carrots and light soy sauce.
